About the Art:  

This is the first collaboration between Cathy Bernardino Bailey and Schmeesky, two artists that started doing art together over 20 years ago and have now come full circle.

This piece married illustration, graphic art, and collage into one imaginative masterpiece! 

The rider takes you on a journey through grasslands and plains unseen searching for mystery and adventure. She rides freely from expectations, unbothered by rules, societal standards, or norms of any kind.  She is beholden to no one.  She is the Whimsy Rider!

Fun Facts: 

1.     It took over 20 magazines just to find space images.

2.    A favorite element for Schmeesky is ‘the butt’, literally the last piece we added.

3.     Two favorites for Cathy are the boot and her hair-whipping in the wind!
